You're Not Finished Yet

Our mission

To bring the hope of Jesus to people living with chronic illness and pain, walk alongside their families and caregivers, and equip those who receive comfort to extend it to others.

Our guiding conviction: care continues after the initial crisis has passed. One ministry, three branches, ongoing care.

01

Online Hope & Connection

A website, app and online community with Scripture encouragement, testimonies and thoughtfully matched comfort companions — with regular check-ins for every relationship.

02

Groups & Resources

Books, devotionals, videos and group curriculum grounded in Scripture and lived experience — plus trained facilitators and resources for families and caregivers.

03

Church Equipping

Helping churches move from emergency ministry to endurance ministry, with training for pastors and care teams and partnership beyond the first workshop. We also send our missionaries to give special presentations that train the whole congregation.

Hope in Jesus for the long road of chronic illness and pain

The meal train ends. We stay.

A Christian community where people living with chronic illness and pain — and the families and caregivers beside them — find hope, someone who understands, and support that continues after the crisis has passed.

I'm a family member or caregiver Caregivers need care too Family and caregiver groups, resources, and people who will ask how you're doing. I'm ready to comfort someone Pass on the comfort you've received Train as a comfort companion. Ongoing suffering doesn't disqualify you from offering comfort.

Comfort companions

From receiving comfort to sharing it.

We match people by shared experience, life stage, preferences and availability. Both people agree before anything begins, and a coordinator stays involved the whole way.

  1. 1 Receive comfort Scripture, testimonies, prayer and a listening relationship.
  2. 2 Build relationships Connect through the website, a group or your church.
  3. 3 Prepare to serve Train in listening, confidentiality and healthy boundaries.
  4. 4 Share comfort Get matched with someone walking a road like yours.
  5. 5 Stay supported A coordinator checks in and helps with any concerns.

Serving is always an invitation. Receiving care never depends on becoming a volunteer, and companions keep receiving support themselves.

“The emergency may be over, but the suffering isn't necessarily over. Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can say is simply: I'm still here.”
